Should be shouldering responsibilities like developing and implementing HR strategies and be taking initiatives which are aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations gap by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
Manage the talent acquisition, recruitment and selection process, you shall support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
Shall develop and monitor, alter and execute overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
Shall nurture a positive working environment.
Shall be maintaining and executing statutory compliances like PF/ ESIC / Bonus / Gratuity etc.
Shall oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance by calculating KRA/KPI of all the individual employees and by connecting them to appraisal and training need analysis for training and development.
Shall maintain pay plan and benefits program through payroll system.
Shall assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Shall be reporting to the management and shall be providing decision support through HR metrics, also.
Shall ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management requirements.
Shall be prove yourself as a working and experienced as HR manager or other HR executive.
Shall adapt people oriented and results driven attitude.
Shall be demonstrable and will share experience with human resources metrics.
Shall acquire knowledge of HRIS systems and databases.
Must work towards adapting and having in-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices and will manage vendors like recruitment partner and PMS management.
Will support HR functions and business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
