The Assistant HR Manager is responsible for supporting end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and office administration support. This role ensures smooth HR operations, policy implementation, employee data management, and coordination with both internal teams and external partners.
Conduct initial rounds of interviews and assist in final selections
Maintain employee records and manage leave tracking
Explain HR policies and procedures to new and existing employees
Allocate roles and responsibilities to new hires in coordination with management
Handle employee induction and onboarding activities
Manage payroll processing and salary disbursement
Handle major cash-related responsibilities
Coordinate office celebrations and engagement events with the Admin Manager
Manage CUG (Closed User Group) and internet service plans and billing
Maintain organized records and reports using Excel sheets
