- Maintaining and organizing employee files.
- Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Addressing employee inquiries, providing information about HR policies and procedures, and escalating issues to appropriate HR personnel.
- Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies with good knowledge of IR matter.
- Collecting and maintaining HR-related data, generating reports, and contributing to HR metrics and analysis.
- Scheduling meetings, managing HR-related documentation, and handling general administrative tasks for the HR department.
- Assisting with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and other related tasks.
Skills:-
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification:- B.Com or MBA in H.R.
Experience: 7 to 10 Years.
