Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and administration.
Assist with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, training, and development programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and basic conflict resolution.
Assist in performance appraisal processes and staff evaluations.
Support payroll coordination and benefits administration in liaison with accounts.
Liaise with department heads for manpower planning and HR support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
