We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
HR Manager
to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and needs. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the hiring of top talent.
Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation, and retention of employees.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program in collaboration with finance and external vendors.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Oversee training and development programs and ensure continuous learning.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Foster a positive working environment and strong organizational culture.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven working experience (5+ years) as HR Manager or other HR Executive role.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BambooHR).
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
