Key Purpose of this position To engage contractors for the supply of workmen and ensure compliance. To coordinate the employee benefits schemes.
Key Responsibilities To engage contract manpower through contractors as per the manpower requirement. To ensure all statutory compliances in relation to engaging contract workmen. To verify the bills and process the payments. To update the department with reports relevant to the engagement of manpower To generate monthly MIS. To implement and sustain engagement initiatives. To ensure the deployment of security guards and review on daily basis. To coordinate for the GPA, GMC and WC policies and to maintain & update data base. To implement & maintain the practical aspects of protecting the environment. To take care of individuals' health and well-being. To ensure and improve the safety of humans and equipment. Academic & Professional Qualifications MBA in Human Resources, or bachelor's degree with relevant experiences. Experience (Specify, if any particular area or industry preference) 4 - 7 years' experience in relevant field Good Communication skills Good knowledge of HR process and systems Good knowledge in legal & statutory compliance system. The expected CTC should not exceed a 20-25% hike from the candidate's current CTC and must align with the budget.
A psychometric test will be conducted if the candidate advances to the HR stage. Look for local canidates, round 1 interview prefered face to face.

You will also be responsible for security deployment, health & safety, and environmental practices. Candidates with an MBA in HR or relevant graduate degree, strong communication skills, and good understanding of HR systems and labor laws are preferred.
