Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to support our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support for the department, managing the hiring process, scheduling new employee orientations and training.

Responsibilities include:



Managing recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, to ensure the selection of qualified candidates. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in compliance with labour laws Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Assisting in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications & Work Experience



Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees, managers, and external stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address HR issues and develop effective solutions. MBA in HR 2-3 Years of experience in retail industry are preffered Male candidated only need to apply

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
