Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Support the recruitment process: job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding.
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave administration.
Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and provide necessary support.
Contribute to employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2-4 years of HR experience
Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
