Experience in the hotel / hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
Prepare and update job descriptions, post job advertisements, and coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements.
Act as a single point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and all HR-related matters.
Promote a positive work culture and support employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and salaries.
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and personal files with accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other applicable labour laws.
Conduct exit interviews and handle full-and-final settlements as per company policy.
