Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive with 0-1 years of expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, the ability to handle end-to-end HR functions, and a proactive approach to managing workplace requirements.

Experience Required

: 0 to 6 months in HR and Recruitment.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of HR operations and policies
Recruitment & talent acquisition skills
Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS software
Ability to handle employee grievances and engagement activities

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and update HR databases
Handle payroll coordination and attendance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Organize employee engagement and training programs
Manage exit formalities and maintain attrition reports
Support management in strategic HR planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
