Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records for timely statutory submissions.
Performance Tracking
Maintain and update employee performance data.
Support the HR team in appraisal cycles and performance evaluation processes.
Employee Engagement
Assist in planning and implementing employee engagement activities.
Work towards improving employee morale, motivation, and workplace culture.
Outlet Visits & Recruitment
Conduct HR audits during regular outlet visits.
Manage in-outlet recruitment interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Leave & Loan Management
Track and update employee leave balances.
Process and document employee loan requests in compliance with company policies.
Onboarding & Induction
Manage end-to-end joining formalities.
Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Asset Management
Oversee the issuance and return of company assets.
Maintain proper records of employee assets.
Manpower Tracking
Monitor actual vs. sanctioned employee strength across outlets.
Provide daily manpower status reports to management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliances.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and handle employee queries effectively.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
