III. Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Assistant HR Executive role

is to manage the

end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT positions

, ensuring the selection of qualified candidates who align with

TheraYog's mission, culture, and values

, while also overseeing

brand collaborations

and conducting

quality audits of calls and chats

to maintain service excellence.

IV. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop clear, effective job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Indeed, WorkIndia, and Shine. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process to ensure a seamless and professional experience. Assist in designing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and reduce time-to-fill. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Support and manage

brand collaborations

and partnership initiatives to enhance employer branding and visibility. Conduct

quality audits of sales calls and chats

to ensure compliance, professionalism, and service excellence. Provide a positive candidate experience and effectively represent

TheraYog's mission, culture, and values

at every stage of the recruitment journey.
V. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1-2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically for Non-IT roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

VI. Skills and Competencies

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in MS Office, and Google Workspace and experience with HRMS software.
