The Assistant Executive - HR will support the HR department in various day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and orientation programs.
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.
Coordinate with departments for HR-related matters and ensure timely communication.
Support employee internal communication.
Assist in handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit formalities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Office hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
