The HR assistant will support daily HR operations, recruitment activities, documentation, employee engagement, and store level HR Coordination. The role requires maintaining records, assisting employees, and ensuring smooth HR processes across all branches/stores.
A) Attendance & Leave Management
Maintain attendance, leave updates and monthly reports.
Follow up with store teams for daily attendance
B) HR Documentation
Maintain employees' files (physical and digital)
Prepare letters: confirmation, transfer warning, experience, etc.
C) Store HR Support
Coordinate with store managers on employees' issues.
Ensuring grooming slandered and discipline
Handle staff grievances with guidance from Sr. HR manager
D) Employee Engagement
Conduct Survey/and collect employee feedback
E) Compliance Support
Maintain records for PF/ESI statutory documents
Support audits and file management.
F) Skills Required
Good Communication skill (Hindi& English)
Basic MS Excel, Word and email handling
Organised and detail oriented
Ability to handle confidential information
People friendly and helpful attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
