Role & Responsibilities
Maintain employee personal data, files in both digital and paper forms.
Handling various office administrative works.
Supporting the team with attendance records or joining formalities of the new joiners.
Support in payroll process with the help of relevant employee data.
Assist in scheduling interview (Online and F2F) by coordinating with candidates and interview panel members.
Support on- boarding, induction and other inter departmental co- ordination for the seamless process.
Key Skills
Experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge on MS Office applications.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and a good team player.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
