Assist the HR & Admin Manager in day-to-day operations.
Handle employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding formalities.
Support in payroll, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Manage office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Prepare and maintain HR & admin-related reports.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Candidate Requirements
Female candidates only.
Local candidates from Hopes / Singanallur (Coimbatore) preferred.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin.
Proficiency in Tamil, English, Malayalam, Hindi, Kannada, and Telugu is mandatory.
Must be available to join immediately.
