Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant to support daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across tasks and departments. The Assistant will handle administrative duties, coordination, and general support activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to managers or teams
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
Maintain records, files, and databases
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Assist with basic data entry and reporting
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred, role-dependent)
Proven experience in an assistant or support role (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work independently
