Job Description

- Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the housekeeping department, maintaining cleanliness standards, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Supervise daily cleaning and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and other designated areas.
Ensure adherence to hotel hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
Inspect rooms, corridors, and public areas regularly to ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate with the Front Office for room status (vacant, occupied, out of order, etc.).
Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, uniforms, and guest amenities.
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising housekeeping associates (room attendants, public area attendants, laundry staff, etc.).
Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, and manage staff allocation as per occupancy.
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or corrective feedback.
Conduct daily briefings and communicate hotel updates, VIP arrivals, and special requirements.
Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
Ensure special requests (extra amenities, baby cribs, allergy-friendly cleaning, etc.) are fulfilled efficiently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
