We are seeking a motivated
Assistant Housekeeping Manager
to join our team and
head the housekeeping department
, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Supervise and train staff to maintain luxury standards.
Inspect guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and maintenance.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and linen.
Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping
(hotel or resort preferred).
Pre-opening exposure is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
