Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house.
Conduct daily inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
Assist in scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and managing staff performance.
Train new housekeeping staff and conduct refresher sessions for existing team members.
Handle guest complaints and requests promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain records related to housekeeping operations, audits, and staff attendance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 7-9 years of housekeeping experience in hospitality or facility management
Proven supervisory or assistant managerial experience in housekeeping
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety protocols

Proficient in housekeeping software and basic MS Office tools
Eye for detail and commitment to quality service
