A

Hospital Administrator

is responsible for the overall management and coordination of the day-to-day operations of a hospital or healthcare facility. This includes overseeing staff, budgeting, regulatory compliance, patient services, and strategic planning to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:



Operational Management:

Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Manage hospital departments such as admissions, nursing, medical records, and human resources. Coordinate between clinical and non-clinical departments.

Financial Oversight:

Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Control operational costs and ensure financial sustainability. Monitor billing, accounting, and insurance processes.

Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., HIPAA, OSHA, JCI). Prepare for and coordinate inspections and accreditation processes.

Human Resources Management:

Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and support staff. Implement staff policies, performance evaluations, and development programs. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive work environment.

Strategic Planning and Development:

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve hospital services and expand facilities. Analyze hospital performance metrics and implement improvement plans. Lead initiatives for quality improvement and patient satisfaction.

Patient Services:

Enhance patient care services and hospital reputation. Handle escalated patient complaints and ensure resolution. Promote patient safety and confidentiality.

Communication and Representation:

Act as a liaison between hospital management, staff, patients, government agencies, and the community. Represent the hospital at board meetings, conferences, and public events.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration Minimum 0-1 years of experience in healthcare administration or management Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations Proficient in healthcare IT systems and data analytics tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
