Assistant Highway Engineer
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, self-motivated individual who will be focused on handing delivery to the client and technical excellence
Preparation of detailed feasibility report, detailed project report & schedules etc. Detailed Engineering including Highway Geometric Design Covering Horizontal and Vertical Alignment (HIP&VIP Statement). Preparation of Plan, Profile, Assemblies, layouts & other corridors, finalization & Design calculation & preparation of detailed drawings taking into consideration the practicality of its implementation. Interpretation and analysis of Survey/inventory data. Quantity estimation and value engineering for economical design. Awareness of Highway design detailing, having dealt relevant major design independently. Taking responsibilities for their own work and producing higher quality technical output. Attending meeting & taking approval of designed working drawing. Pre-Requisites- B.E/B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Experience of at least 8+ years in design of highways (including hill roads). Proficiency in design software's such as Auto CAD Civil 3D and MX Road etc. Awareness of Highway design codes. M .Tech in Transportation Engineering /Highway Engineering is desirable
