Key Responsibilities: ₹ Execute soldering tasks in accordance with prescribed procedures and quality benchmarks. ? Conduct comprehensive inspections of completed products to detect any defects or inconsistencies. ? Safely and precisely package finished goods as per specified packaging protocols. ? Enter production data into computer systems with meticulous accuracy and attention to detail. ? Ensure the workspace remains tidy and well-organized to promote safety and productivity. ? Engage in collaborative problem-solving with colleagues and supervisors to enhance production methods. ? Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures to uphold a secure work environment. Requirements ? ITI Electronics passouts preferred ? Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. ? Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. ? Basic computer skills and experience with data entry preferred. ? Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. ? Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
