We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Assistant General Manager
to support business operations, oversee multiple teams, and drive growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist senior management in planning, execution, and monitoring of operational and sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of business strategies.
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency.
Coordinate with department heads to ensure targets and KPIs are met.
Support management in decision-making through data analysis and reporting.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for enhanced productivity.
Mentor and supervise team members, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Participate in business development and client relationship management.
Required Skills
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple teams and tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.

Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in sales, operations, or e-commerce.
