Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement 360-degree sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns for new and ongoing projects, aligned with business goals.
Team Leadership:
Manage, motivate, train, and mentor a team of sales executives and client advisors to optimize performance and productivity.
Lead Generation & Conversion:
Drive qualified lead generation through data-driven insights, coordinate with marketing, and manage the conversion pipeline from initial inquiry to deal closure.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor local market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Client & Partner Relations:
Build and nurture strong relationships with direct clients, channel partners, and brokers, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, CRM, and post-sales teams to ensure campaign alignment and smooth project handover.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
