We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Assistant General Manager (AGM)

to lead our sales operations and client relations at

Nilansh Celeste

, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day sales management, guide the sales team, and ensure smooth coordination across departments to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage the sales operations of Nilansh Celeste. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners. Plan and execute sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and client engagement activities. Supervise site visits, client meetings, and ensure exceptional customer experience. Coordinate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals. Prepare periodic sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for management. Handle escalated client queries and ensure timely resolution. Monitor and improve operational efficiency at the sales office.

Eligibility:



Qualification: Post Graduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred). Experience: Minimum

7-10 years

in real estate sales, hospitality, or related industries. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Must be based in or willing to relocate to

Lucknow

.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
