1) Empowering the Energy - Water- Agriculture Nexus in East India (EEWA)- The Empowering Energy Water Agriculture (EEWA) program addresses the interlinkage between food, water, and energy in India, with the ultimate goal of achieving sustainable development of the marginalized communities 2) Clean Air Sustainable Cities (CASC)- The Clean Air & Sustainable Cities(CASC) program promotes public participation, influences policy change, collaborates with the government bodies, fosters awareness among children, youth, and civil society to combat air pollution and climate change. We have expanded our focus from farmer livelihood development in India by promoting renewable energy solutions, organic farming practices and farmer producer organizations using regenerative agriculture promotion, to upskilling and capacity building, empirical research, policy advocacy and dissemination of information. • Conduct project administration duties including the coordination of events, event planning, participant invites and registrations, materials preparation, materials distribution and all tracking of event details.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Maintain records of all documents and correspondence related to projects.
• Track and monitor project activities.
• Produce, review and distribute reports.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and relevant stakeholders, as required.
• Gather and analyze information to support project proposal development and project implementation
• Coordinate with all team members, monitoring their progress.
• Partnership Management - Develop and manage partnerships with Schools, Colleges, social sector organizations, incubators, Colleges/ Institutions/ Universities, NGO, government agencies bodies etc.

* Requirements -

• Hands-on expertise in processes/tools of Social Mobilization, participation, institution building and capacity building of community members, leaders, cadres and professionals and in livelihoods promotion
• Good analytical skills including skills in data analysis and report writing
• Building Strategic Partnerships
• Ability to build and sustain effective partnerships with Government Agencies and main constituents, advocate effectively, communicate sensitively across different constituencies
• Possesses consultative and collaborative capacities

Skills & Proficiencies -

• Proven working experience in project management
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in climate change, natural resource management, environmental science/ economy, international relations, sustainable development, economics, public policy or other relevant fields.
• Minimum of 12 years of relevant working experience, including in-depth knowledge ofRenewable Energy / Sustainable agriculture / Air Pollution / Climate Change policies, programmes, and good practices.

Annual CTC \xe2\x80\x93 Upto 8 Lakh (Compensation package will be in line with qualification, experience and last salary drawn) Open to travel.
