Role Overview:



The Assistant General Manager (AGM - Sales) will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales teams, and overseeing business operations in the real estate vertical. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, team management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales managers and executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives. Manage end-to-end sales operations, including client relationship management and deal closures. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to enhance lead generation and brand visibility. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key clients. Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Track team performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Ensure customer satisfaction through efficient communication and post-sales support.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred). 6-11 years of experience in real estate sales, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Sound knowledge of the Bengaluru real estate market preferred.
