The Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales plays a pivotal role in leading multiple sales teams, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational discipline, and maintaining strong relations with developers and clients. This leadership role involves managing Team Leaders (TLs), overseeing site operations, ensuring lead conversions, and achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Manage and mentor 3-5 Team Leaders and their respective teams.
Conduct daily sync-ups and weekly 1:1s to track performance.
Ensure recruitment, training, and retention of quality sales talent.
Drive team-wise and overall monthly/quarterly closures.
Optimize lead allocation and follow-up strategy via CRM.
Achieve 100% of set targets through monitoring, guidance, and intervention.
Monitor quality and frequency of site visits.
Ensure smooth site operations, walk-ins, and deal closures.
Personally handle key clients or escalated leads when required.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on closures, visits, and targets.
Analyze performance trends and recommend improvements.
