Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with organizational goals and revenue targets.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Managers and Executives. Monitor team performance and ensure targets are met.
Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities, key clients, and untapped markets to drive revenue growth.Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Monitor daily sales activities, ensure CRM tools are updated, generate performance reports, and oversee smooth sales operations.Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, pricing, and market shifts to adjust strategies accordingly.Work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align campaigns and service offerings.Present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
