Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sales & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets across the Kerala region.
Identify potential cities/towns for business expansion and execute plans for opening new branches.
Build and manage a sales pipeline through direct and indirect channels.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Territory Expansion & Market Penetration
Conduct feasibility studies and business case assessments for proposed locations.
Establish and scale new business locations, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and standards.
Liaise with operations and HR teams to recruit and onboard local teams for new branches.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of Sales Managers/Executives across multiple locations.
Set clear KPIs and KRAs for team members and regularly evaluate their performance.
Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including education providers, immigration consultants, and institutional partners.
Collaborate with the Marketing team for local campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance
Maintain detailed reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and business development progress.
Ensure adherence to company policies, legal guidelines, and ethical practices across all locations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales and business development, preferably in the education/immigration sector
Proven track record in territory expansion and setting up new business units
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
