Role Overview
Looking for an accomplished Assistant General Manager - Sales to spearhead and grow our B2C, B2B, and Key Accounts verticals. This leadership role will oversee a high-performing team of 15-30 sales professionals, driving them towards ambitious targets and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proven sales strategist with a strong track record in delivering revenue growth, cultivating long-term client partnerships, and successfully managing large-scale, high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the sales strategy for B2C, B2B, and Key Accounts portfolios.
Drive business growth through client acquisition, retention, and upselling.
Manage and mentor sales teams to achieve performance excellence.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Represent Elevators in major client meetings, trade fairs, and industry forums.
Requirements:
15-20 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the elevator or engineering industry.
Strong track record in managing multi-segment sales portfolios.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage high-value accounts and complex projects.
