Identify new sales channels including NRI, HNI, institutional, and B2B opportunities.
2. Team Leadership & Target Achievement
Lead and manage a team of sales managers and executives across multiple geographies.
Set and monitor monthly/quarterly individual and team targets.
Conduct regular team reviews, performance tracking, and coaching.
Motivate and mentor team members to drive high-ticket sales.
3. Sales Operations & Process Management
Ensure efficient sales funnel management from lead to closure.
Collaborate with CRM for seamless bookings, documentation, and after-sales processes.
Drive end-to-end execution of property site visits, negotiations, and finalizations.
Ensure adherence to legal documentation, payment plans, RERA norms, and compliance processes.
4. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with HNI, NRI, and investor clients.
Resolve escalations and lead complex high-value negotiations.
Ensure an exceptional buyer journey experience and personalized service touchpoints.
Support loyalty and referral program initiatives for repeat and network sales.
5. Campaign Management & Branding Alignment
Coordinate with marketing for launches, exhibitions, hype events, and digital campaigns.
Align messaging with brand values and customer personas.
Provide input on creative briefs, market positioning, and campaign effectiveness.
Host and support premium events, webinars, and project showcase initiatives.
6. Performance Analytics & Reporting
Create and analyze dashboards to track CPL, bookings, revenue, lead conversion, etc.
Present weekly and monthly sales performance to leadership.
Suggest data-backed strategies for pricing, bundling, and promotional offers.
7. Process Innovation & CRM Integration
Enhance sales tech stack - CRM tools (e.g., Sell.Do, Salesforce), automation, dashboards.
Propose and implement digital initiatives like virtual walkthroughs and booking portals.
Ensure CRM data integrity and performance tracking.
8. Cross-Department Coordination
Collaborate with legal, finance, design, and project delivery teams.
Align sales timelines with construction updates, possession schedules, and handovers.
Support HR in team structuring and capacity planning as per expansion goals.
9. Competitor Benchmarking & Market Intelligence
Monitor competition pricing, campaigns, and customer feedback loops.
Suggest differentiation strategies for projects and brand recall.
Keep track of international trends in premium and sustainable housing.
10. Leadership & Culture Building
Foster a results-driven, ethical, and professional sales culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

MBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate (preferred)
8-12 years of experience in real estate sales with at least 2+ years in AGM-level or similar leadership role
Proven track record of managing large teams and high-value real estate sales
Strong grasp of sales CRMs, analytics tools, real estate compliance, and digital marketing
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working across cities and in high-growth, performance-driven environments
