Assistant General Manager - Sales

to drive revenue growth, lead our sales team, and ensure successful project sell-outs.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and channel partnerships. Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to drive strategic decisions. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaign planning, project launches, and lead generation activities. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to close high-value deals. Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical sales practices.

Requirements



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.

8-12 years of proven experience in real estate sales

, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial/leadership role. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and sales processes. Ability to work under pressure and handle high-value client interactions. Strong network of channel partners and brokers will be an added advantage.
