Oversee daily operations in the garment production process. Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands. Ensure quality standards are maintained at all stages of production. Coordinate with different departments to optimize workflow and reduce costs. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive process improvements. Implement and manage health and safety standards. Resolve production issues and make sure the production targets are met. Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business management, operations management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the garment or textile industry. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize costs. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
