Assistant General Manager (AGM)
with a strong background in
real estate
to oversee and manage sales operations at our Zirakpur location. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with a proven record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire sales and business operations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and project teams.
Handle negotiations, closures, and key client meetings.
Prepare regular business reports and present performance updates to management.
Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Male candidate only.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in
real estate sales or business development
.
Proven track record in managing teams and achieving targets.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Zirakpur/Tricity real estate market.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
