We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of
Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales
at our real estate company based in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate client information to ensure data integrity.
Track and analyze client interactions and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support real estate agents in managing client relationships effectively to enhance customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and effective usage.
Prepare comprehensive reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales or customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
