Job Description

Leading and Motivating the Sales Team:

AGMs guide, mentor, and motivate their team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.

Performance Management:

They monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve performance.

Training and Development:

AGMs may develop and deliver training programs for sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

They may be involved in the recruitment and onboarding process for new sales team members.
Sales Strategy and Execution:

Developing and Implementing Sales Plans:

AGMs create and implement sales strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities:

They identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region or market segment.

Market Analysis and Research:

AGMs stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Sales Target Achievement:

They are responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring the team is aligned with sales objectives.
Client Relationship Management:

Building and Maintaining Relationships:

AGMs build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

Understanding Client Needs:

They develop a strong understanding of client requirements and objectives to tailor sales approaches.

Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:

AGMs ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Other Responsibilities:

Sales Process Management:

They manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

AGMs collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Reporting and Analysis:

They prepare and present sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Sales Leadership:

Strong experience in sales leadership and management, particularly in real estate.

Sales Acumen:

Deep understanding of the sales process, negotiation techniques, and closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:

Experience building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients.

Market Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the real estate market and its dynamics.
