The Assistant General Manager - Projects will be responsible for end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects using Mivan / aluminium formwork systems. The role involves planning, coordination, quality control, cost management, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead construction and execution of
high-rise residential buildings using Mivan / aluminum formwork
Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources
Manage slab cycle planning, formwork productivity, and construction sequencing
Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements
Coordinate with MEP, QA/QC, planning, contracts, and site teams
Liaise with architects, consultants, vendors, and statutory authorities
Monitor costs, material consumption, labour productivity, and billing
Prepare MIS reports and present project status to senior management
Requirements
:
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
12+ years of experience in high-rise residential construction
Strong experience in Mivan / aluminium formwork systems
Experience handling multi-tower projects and large teams
Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and MEP coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
