Your Mission
As the Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to
translate vision into execution
. You will be a key driver in strategy, operations, people, revenue, and systems--ensuring the project scales efficiently and profitably.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Strategy
Assist in
planning, launching, and scaling
the new project
Convert strategic goals into
clear execution roadmaps
Track performance metrics and continuously improve outcomes
Identify growth opportunities, risks, and process improvements
Operations & Execution
Oversee
day-to-day operations
ensuring speed, quality, and efficiency
Build SOPs, workflows, and systems from scratch
Ensure cross-department coordination and smooth execution
Maintain operational discipline while supporting rapid growth
People & Leadership
Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development
Act as a
bridge between leadership and execution teams
Mentor team leads and future managers
Foster a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Revenue & Growth Support
Support sales, partnerships, and business development initiatives
Assist in pricing, proposal strategies, and client engagement
Ensure customer experience aligns with brand and growth goals
Leadership Support
Work directly with the General Manager / Founders
Prepare reports, insights, and action plans for decision-making
Take ownership of critical projects and drive them to completion
