The role includes hands-on testing, lab management, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability, safety, and performance.

Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute validation and reliability testing for lithium-ion battery packs and BESS systems. Manage day-to-day operations of the testing lab, ensuring safe practices and compliance with standards (e.g., IEC, UL, ISO).
Develop test plans and protocols for performance, environmental, and safety testing.
Analyze test data, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to design and quality teams.
Support root cause analysis for test failures and assist in implementing corrective actions.
Coordinate with R&D, product engineering, and quality teams for new product development and improvement projects.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of all test equipment and infrastructure.
Participate in regulatory compliance and certification testing.
Monitor industry trends, standards, and innovations in battery storage technologies.
Support pilot builds and field performance testing as needed.
Handling the machines and its operations as per standards and monitor the records which are defined for product validation cycle and prepare the reports , responsible for getting the product to be validated in third party labs as per standard requirement.
