Design and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects to achieve sales targets.
Lead project branding and positioning through ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns specific to real estate.
Plan and execute launch events, site events, and channel partner meets to drive bookings.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives - SEO, SEM, social media, property portals, and lead generation.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure high-quality leads, monitor funnel conversion, and optimize campaigns.
Manage marketing collaterals including brochures, hoardings, 3D walkthroughs, and sample flats.
Drive customer engagement and loyalty programs to enhance brand trust and referrals.
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, pricing, and promotional opportunities.
Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships (agencies, media, printing, digital partners).
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team while preparing regular MIS and campaign performance reports for management.
