Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Asisitant General Manager - Manufacturing to independently head and operate our manufacturing plants.

Responsibilities-

Oversee day to day operations and improve manufacturing productivity and output.

Manage, direct, and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organisation and ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and ownership.

Develop performance and efficiency metrics, identifying key areas for improvement.

Manage and optimize finances, monitor budgets, expenses, and manufacturing costs to increase revenue and lower costs.

Oversee employee hiring, training, development, and management, providing guidance to leadership teams.

Liaison with customers, vendors, contractors, and staff members to meet production targets.

Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure reliable material flow.

Collaborate with senior management to set plant performance goals and objectives, and formulating long term strategy plans to drive future business growth.

Job Requirements-

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a process equipment manufacturing plant, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

Must have in-depth technical knowledge of fabrication of process equipment - Coded Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping systems, Skid-mounted Packages, etc.

Proven track record in managing plant operations, budget control, and team leadership.

Strong leadership and decision-making skills, and must have a strong operations background.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
