We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a General Manager with a focus on academic affairs.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Development:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.
Make data-driven decisions to enhance the overall performance and competitiveness of the organization.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement measures to improve operational performance.
Work with the finance department to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Analyse financial data and implement strategies to achieve cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to achieve organizational objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders.
Implement measures to safeguard the organization's assets and reputation.
Prepare and present reports on the organization's performance, goals, and initiatives.
Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior management role, demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
