Key Responsibilities
Define yearly and quarterly manpower plans and HR department budgets.
Manage full-cycle recruitment -- from sourcing and interviews to final selection.
Oversee onboarding and induction for smooth new hire integration.
Formulate and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices.
Establish performance management systems with KRAs, KPIs, and appraisals.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis and create annual training plans and calendars.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
Integrate HR processes with ERP/HRMS for data accuracy and analytics.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Keep the HR team updated with market trends and build their capabilities.
Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across all teams.
Prepare and present HR MIS reports and analytical insights to management.
