To function as the Business Manager for the Hotel, to ensure that Rooms division and Security operates successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.
To ensure that the hotel activities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of Rooms or Front Office Manager.
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
