Duties and Responsibilities

ResponsibilitiesoLeverage company's productivity app to enhance employee productivity by developing innovative features for sales teams across BFLoServe as a product owner and work with IT to deliver a quality product as per requirements of different business verticalsoEngage with a variety of stakeholders- business teams, technical team to determine business requirements and technical considerationsoTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and review/write user storiesoPartner with IT team to ensure on time delivery of features in the appoLiaise with stakeholders across verticals in BFL for driving usage and adoption of Salesone appoGuide team member/s to deliver quality outputExperience / Skills RequiredoBachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles. Candidates with MBA will be preferredo6-8 years of related product management experience in a technology company or financial services company oKnowledge of Finance/Fintech, NBFC/lending, B2C Platform is an advantageoGreat presentation skills and experience with MS tools i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point ,etc.oShould have excellent communication skillsoExcellent Interpersonal skillsoAbility to work with data to cull-out insights & stretch when requiredoHigh on motivation & a self-starterExperience / Skills DesiredoBasic understanding of UX designoExperience writing documentation of functional requirements for getting them developed from IT
