The Executive Assistant to Technical General Manager will provide high-level administrative and technical support to ensure efficient operations of the Technical Department. This role involves coordination, communication, and documentation support across multiple projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Technical GM in daily operations, scheduling, and task management. Coordinate with engineering, installation, and service teams for project updates and deadlines. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to water treatment plants, machinery, and project progress. Maintain and organize technical files, quotations, and correspondence. Handle communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments on behalf of the GM. Track project timelines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure deadlines are met. Arrange meetings, record minutes, and circulate action points. Support in drafting technical proposals, work orders, and follow-up emails. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Graduate or Postgraduate (Engineering / Science / Business Administration preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Basic technical understanding of water treatment plants, machinery, or manufacturing processes preferred. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
