Opening for Assistant General Manager (Biotechnology / Microbiology) in Pharma Company Chattral Gandhinagar

Company : Company is specializes in the production of probiotics for the health benefits to humans, animals and aquatic creatures when consumed for Dairy, food & Feed industries.

Designation : AGM (Assistant General Manager)

Qualification : Master Degree in Biotechnology / Microbiology

Experience : 15+ Year

Reporting : Operation Director

Job Responsibility :

Monitor and control all production related operations.

Check, improve and monitor the compliance status with respect to cGMP norms

Review production related standard operating procedures

Ensure that all laid down procedures are followed as per GMP and SOP.

Impart training to concerned employees and provide guidelines to all team members

Monitor and improve the productivity in terms of man and machine utilization

Maintain the quality of the product

Ensure inventory management of consumables

Review process related change controls

Review market complaint related to production and give technical inputs, review production related OOS, Deviations, incidences and investigate the same

Provide necessary inputs, monitor and support the validation activities

. Review filled batch records, plan and execute batches

Maintain the facility in presentable and working condition.

Verification, counter check and signature of all documents related to production.

. To provide solutions to marketing team in terms of their queries

Salary Range : Up to 15 lac PA

Transportation, Bonus, Leave Encashment etc.

Location : Chhatral, Kalol, Gandhinagar
