highly experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM)

with a remarkable track record of

50 years in the civil and pipeline sector

to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership for

civil and pipeline projects

, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery Manage end-to-end project execution, budgeting, resource allocation, and contract compliance Guide senior engineers, project managers, and site teams in achieving project goals Oversee BOQs, billing, procurement, and financial planning for large-scale works Liaise with clients, consultants, vendors, and government authorities for smooth coordination Ensure compliance with IS standards, statutory approvals, and safety regulations Conduct project reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures Mentor and groom the next line of leadership within the company

Requirements:

B.E. / M.E. in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 50 years of proven experience

in civil construction, pipeline infrastructure, and large-scale project delivery Extensive knowledge of project management, contracts, billing, and execution strategies Proven leadership in handling

residential, commercial, industrial, warehousing, and pipeline works

Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills Ability to provide both technical and strategic direction to teams

Attractive senior leadership package, commensurate with expertise

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
